NEOgas Incorporated is a Texas Corporation established in 2001 to leverage patent protected technology into a viable business focusing on the off-pipeline distribution of natural gas.  Such distribution is accomplished primarily by compressing and transporting the gas in specially designed and certified high-pressure cylinders.  This is called compressed natural gas or “CNG”. 

There are other alternatives to CNG for off-pipeline natural gas distribution.  The most familiar of these is liquefied natural gas or “LNG”.  The NEOgas team has experience in both options, but the Company’s primary focus is on CNG. Both methods are important in an energy-hungry world where natural gas production or pipeline infrastructure is often located at some distance from the consumer.  LNG is typically manufactured where natural gas production volumes are quite large and the distance between the production facility and the customer are long (500 miles or more). CNG is generally used for delivering smaller volumes of gas shorter distances.  A 250 mile range is generally considered optimum; however, each project will have its own set of economics. NEOgas specializes in developing technologies to improve the economics of CNG.

The Company operates in three distinct ways:

• It manufactures and sells proprietary equipment;
• It packages equipment required for any CNG project and operates the project on a contract service basis; and,
• It acts as a gas distribution company, buying, compressing, transporting and dispensing the gas for a contracted gas price
